Electric Altitude Gyro

• All Engine related Instruments were inspected and re-calibrated and Yellow Tagged during restoration. • The Attitude Indicator was recently replaced with an Overhauled unit by TGH Aviation. • The Airspeed Indicator was overhauled 3-07 and Yellow Tagged. • Altimeter was replaced with an Overhauled unit Spring '07, along with the VSI.

• BRAKES: ALL new/ certified flexible brake hoses both on the Main gear legs and at the brake Master Cylinders. Rebuilt brake master cylinders and installed new O-rings. • ALL new brake linings Spring 2007. • Completely drained old hydraulic fluid, and serviced with fresh fluid and bled system. • LANDING GEAR: Replaced all Limit Switches and associated wiring with NEW. • HEATER: Replaced electric fuel pump and filter with NEW. • FUEL SYSTEM: 180 Gallon capacity. Had one Aux. tank rebuilt and tagged. NO current fuel leaks/staining. • Replaced LEFT submersible/electric fuel Boost pump with overhauled unit. • CABIN ENTRY STEP: rebuilt with NEW Limit switches, overhauled slide motor, cleaned, lubrictaed and re-rigged. • TAIL CONE: Replaced with New Surplus part.

Exterior:
• Overhauled Rudder By S.R.S. • Replaced Elevators With Smooth Skin Type From Williams Airmotive • Excellent Ailerons And Flaps with No Patches or Visible Corrosion.

The owner states in his email to me: "Paint is presentable, but I rate it at a 6. It is an old paint job, but still very presentable and very shiny. It is thin in spots, but could be touched up and go for many more years. No corrosion issues that I am aware of. I rate the glass at a 10. "
